Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Signature & Stone, you confirm that you are entering into a binding agreement on these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your order. We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time your order is placed will apply.
Orders and Payment
All panels are made to order. Once your design has been approved and your order confirmed, we begin production immediately. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations after the approval point.
Panels are priced at 295 GBP per unit, inclusive of UK mainland delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you will pay. Payment is required in full at the point of order confirmation.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days of design approval and payment. Delivery is free to all UK mainland postcodes. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, and other offshore destinations may incur an additional delivery charge, which we will communicate before you commit to your order.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Signature & Stone cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of the despatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Returns and Cancellation
Given that every panel is made specifically to your order and specifications, we are unable to accept returns for a refund unless the goods are defective or materially different from what was agreed at the point of order.
If you believe your panel is defective, you must notify us within 5 working days of receiving it, providing photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement panel or a refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to inspect defective goods before reaching a decision.
Cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once your panel is in production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, logos, lettering styles, and designs submitted by you must either be your own original work or must be used with the permission of the relevant rights holder. By submitting artwork for production, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to do so, and you agree to indemnify Signature & Stone against any claims arising from intellectual property infringement.
We reserve the right to refuse to produce any design that we believe may infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of business, loss of profit, or reputational damage. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
